We organize and carry out various programs in order to contribute to popular use of library and establishing people's reading life.

Purpose

• Promoting the value and necessity of the library, we make our best efforts to boost popular use of library in our community.
• Offer the opportunity to get together with librarians and general people and enhance their interaction
• Explore the effective library volunteering system to approach closer to the people and discuss about how to create new library culture
• Become a center of reading campaign for general public
