Eligible User	All regional residents in Ulsan Metropolitan city
Hours	07:00-22:00(Reading room Will be closed on the last Monday of each month and legal holidays in the Korea)
How to use	Personal learning and reading materials of library
Things to keep in mind	Be quiet all the time at the library Do not disturb other people at the reading room Do not damage materials, goods, and facilities that belong to the library Do not bring foods at the reading room Put the rubbish in the trash bin Do not occupy the seat with bag or book without using it
